Hey I originally wrote this message for one of my favorite people on the planet, but decided it would be good to share with anyone.

A friend once told me that if you can't forgive yourself, it's like you are saying you do not believe that Christ forgave you. If Christ forgave you, who are you to not forgive yourself. That's like saying your forgiveness for yourself is more important than God's.
We must first learn to love ourselves in order to love and to be loved by others. It's hard to give away something you don't possess… Love is the same way. If you have no love within yourself for you, you can't give it to anyone else.
